This Privacy Policy explains how QuotifyCNC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when users access our websites, workshop dashboard, public upload pages, shared project links, support workflows, and related services.

QuotifyCNC does not sell personal data. We use information to provide CNC workflow software, secure the platform, process uploaded files, support users, and improve product reliability.

We use information to create and manage accounts, onboard workshops, process DXF uploads, generate previews, validate geometry, identify bend lines, calculate quote estimates, create customer-facing quotes, manage project shares, track production, and export reports.

We also use information to provide customer support, investigate bugs, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve product quality, analyze feature usage, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These safeguards include access controls, authenticated workflows, role-based workshop access, and secure infrastructure practices.

Workshop users may share information with clients through public upload pages, shared project links, quote review pages, messages, reports, and approvals. Users are responsible for deciding what project or customer information they make available through shared links.

QuotifyCNC may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve workflow state, remember preferences, measure product usage, and improve reliability.

QuotifyCNC is designed for businesses, workshops, manufacturers, and professional users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
