QuotifyCncIntroduction
QuotifyCNC is job software for CNC shops, laser cutting shops, makers, and buyers. It helps users receive DXF files, check drawings, choose materials and services, make quotes, share jobs, send messages, track work, and download reports.
These Terms apply when you use QuotifyCNC, its website, apps, APIs, public upload pages, shared links, or other services. By using QuotifyCNC, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Who may use QuotifyCNC
You must be able to make a legal agreement and must give correct account details. If you use QuotifyCNC for a company, shop, or team, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that group.
Account security
You must keep your sign-in details safe and control who can use your account. You are responsible for work done through your account or shop membership. Tell us at once if you think someone used it without permission.
Team members and roles
Shop owners and admins must invite the right people, set their roles, remove access when needed, and make sure the team follows these Terms.
Uploaded files and customer content
You retain ownership of DXF files, drawings, geometry, project information, quote data, customer instructions, messages, and other content you upload or submit through QuotifyCNC.
You give QuotifyCNC limited permission to store, process, check, preview, study, change, and show your uploads. We may only do this to run the service, support your work, make reports, improve the service, or follow the law.
You must have the right to upload or share every drawing, file, part detail, and customer record you add to QuotifyCNC.
Intellectual property
QuotifyCNC and its software, interfaces, workflows, validation logic, pricing tools, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by QuotifyCNC or its licensors.
These Terms do not give you ownership of QuotifyCNC. Unless we agree in writing, you may use it only for your own shop work, quotes, customer work, and job tracking.
Quotes, estimates, and pricing
QuotifyCNC provides tools for configuring pricing rules, material libraries, thickness pricing, pierce pricing, setup fees, service pricing, quantity rules, taxes, and quote documents. Workshop users control their own pricing configuration and final customer-facing quotes.
Every automatic price, estimate, quote preview, or report uses the details and price rules available at that time. A shop may need to check the quote. The price may change if the part details, amount, material, services, or job needs change.
QuotifyCNC does not make parts, take payments, or sell shop services. We do not promise that a quoted part can be made, that a shop will accept it, or that the finished part will match every customer need.
Manufacturing responsibility
Shops must check files, make sure parts can be made, set material and bend needs, check that work is ready, speak with customers, and complete the work.
Customers and buyers must check the part details, material, amount, quote, approvals, change requests, and job status before they allow work to start.
QuotifyCNC helps with drawing checks, messages, quotes, approvals, and job tracking. It does not replace engineering skill, shop checks, safety checks, or expert knowledge.
Prohibited uses
Security abuse
You must not upload harmful files, break into accounts, scan or attack our systems, overload the service, or stop other people from using it.
Misuse of data
You must not collect data without permission, share private drawings without permission, pretend to be another person, or give false shop or quote details.
Reverse engineering
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build competing services from QuotifyCNC except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep QuotifyCNC reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available. Repairs, other service outages, network problems, security events, or updates may affect access.
We may add, change, pause, or remove features. We will try to avoid unneeded breaks for active users.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
QuotifyCNC may offer trials, free plans, paid plans, limits, billing tools, and online payment tools. You can find plan prices, renewal rules, and ways to cancel in the app or an order form.
You must pay the fees and taxes for your plan and keep billing details correct. If a bill is late or unpaid, we may limit, pause, or end access to paid features.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
QuotifyCNC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that validation results, pricing outputs, reports, exports, or production statuses will be error-free or suitable for every manufacturing use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotifyCNC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for manufacturing defects, rejected parts, production delays, customer disputes, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using QuotifyCNC at any time. We may pause or end access if you break these Terms, cause a security risk, do not pay a fee, misuse uploads or shared links, or may harm QuotifyCNC or its users.
After access ends, we may keep some records for law, audits, security, billing, disputes, or valid business needs.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
