QuotifyCncIntroduction
QuotifyCNC provides CNC workflow software for fabrication shops, CNC workshops, laser cutting companies, manufacturers, and industrial buyers. The platform helps users receive DXF files, review geometry, configure materials and services, generate quotes, manage shared project links, communicate about parts, track production status, and export reports.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of QuotifyCNC websites, applications, APIs, public upload pages, shared links, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Who may use QuotifyCNC
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use QuotifyCNC on behalf of a company, workshop, or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activity that occurs under your account or workshop membership. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Team members and roles
Workshop owners and administrators are responsible for inviting team members, assigning roles, removing access when needed, and ensuring team activity complies with these Terms.
Uploaded files and customer content
You retain ownership of DXF files, drawings, geometry, project information, quote data, customer instructions, messages, and other content you upload or submit through QuotifyCNC.
You grant QuotifyCNC a limited right to host, process, validate, preview, analyze, transform, and display your uploaded content only as necessary to provide the platform, support your workflow, generate reports, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or share drawings, files, specifications, and customer information through the platform.
Intellectual property
QuotifyCNC and its software, interfaces, workflows, validation logic, pricing tools, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by QuotifyCNC or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you. You may use QuotifyCNC only for your internal workshop, quoting, customer collaboration, and production management activities unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Quotes, estimates, and pricing
QuotifyCNC provides tools for configuring pricing rules, material libraries, thickness pricing, pierce pricing, setup fees, service pricing, quantity rules, taxes, and quote documents. Workshop users control their own pricing configuration and final customer-facing quotes.
Any automated price, estimate, quote preview, or report generated by the platform is based on the information and pricing configuration available at that time. Quotes may require workshop review and may change if specifications, quantities, materials, services, or production requirements change.
QuotifyCNC is not a manufacturer, fabricator, payment processor, or broker of manufacturing services. We do not guarantee that a quoted part can be produced, that a workshop will accept an order, or that a manufacturing outcome will match a customer expectation.
Manufacturing responsibility
Workshops are responsible for reviewing files, confirming manufacturability, setting material and bend requirements, confirming production readiness, communicating with customers, and completing fabrication work.
Clients and buyers are responsible for reviewing part specifications, materials, quantities, quote details, approvals, change requests, and production status before authorizing work.
The platform supports validation, collaboration, quoting, approvals, and production tracking, but it does not replace engineering judgment, shop-floor inspection, safety review, or professional manufacturing expertise.
Prohibited uses
Security abuse
You may not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass authentication, scan or attack platform infrastructure, overload services, or interfere with other users.
Misuse of data
You may not use QuotifyCNC to collect data without permission, share confidential customer drawings without authorization, impersonate another person, or misrepresent workshop or quote information.
Reverse engineering
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build competing services from QuotifyCNC except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but QuotifyCNC is provided without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, security events, or product updates may affect access.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as the platform develops. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
QuotifyCNC may offer free trials, free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, billing features, and future payment-provider integrations. Plan details, pricing, renewal rules, and cancellation options may be shown in the product or in a separate order form.
You are responsible for taxes, billing information, and fees associated with your selected plan. If a subscription becomes unpaid or past due, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
QuotifyCNC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that validation results, pricing outputs, reports, exports, or production statuses will be error-free or suitable for every manufacturing use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotifyCNC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for manufacturing defects, rejected parts, production delays, customer disputes, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using QuotifyCNC at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse shared links or uploads, or use the platform in a way that may harm QuotifyCNC or other users.
After termination, certain records may be retained as required for legal, audit, security, billing, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
